Using action words to maximize the impact, describe your current or most recent responsibilites. Be concise; remove all unneccessary words and phrases. Include the specific results of your actions or decisions to demonstrate your contribution.

After school information, include your licenses and certificates along with any other special training. Make sure that these items are pertinet to the job you are seeking.

COMPUTER SKILLS List software applications, operating systems, and pertinent hardware information here. Also include your years of experience or knowledge level.

 
Other Tips
  • Use a readable font. For example: Times, Helvetica and Arial all work well.
  • Make sure all type is at least 12 points or greater.
  • Keep your resume to 2 pages or less.
